The carcass of a rhino was recovered in Gai Tapu, which is part of Assam’s Kaziranga National Park, reports said on Sunday.

As per reports, the rhino carcass was spotted by workers of Gai Tapu near the banks of the river.
Upon receiving information, the forest department officials reached the spot and retrieved the carcass.
Sources claim that once the rhino was found, the carcass was sent for a post-mortem examination.
Preliminary analysis suggests that the rhino might have died of age-related issues.
