Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma held a meeting with Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi and the Assam CM shared about this on Wednesday.

The two spoke about the need for expediting essential infrastructure projects in Assam. CM Sarma took to microblogging platform X and said that he discussed the Guwahati Ring Road project with Nitin Gadkari.
The two also discussed other projects that will play a crucial role in bolstering the state’s overall infrastructure. CM Sarma expressed gratitude for the valuable insights provided by the Union Minister during their deliberations.
“During my brief stay in Delhi, I had a very good discussion with Hon’ble Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari ji regarding the matters pertaining to the upcoming Guwahati Ring Road and some other important projects. Grateful for his time and counsel,” CM Sarma shared on X.
