Rahul Gandhi Blasts On Assam CM For Wanton Corruption Prevailing In State

Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on January 24 blasted on Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma for the wanton corruption prevailing in the state.

Rahul Gandhi reiterated that Himanta Biswa Sarma is the most corrupt Chief Minister of India. Gandhi also took a dig at Badruddin Ajmal, the president of the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) for playing second fiddle to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Addressing a huge public rally, Rahul Gandhi told the people that CM Sarma had share in everything that is used and consumed by people in the state. Even a visit to the Kaziranga National Park benefits CM Sarma as he has built a resort there.

The former Congress president said the Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra is against the injustice prevailing in Assam due to the wanton and rampant corruption prevailing in the state under Himanta Biswa Sarma.
