Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a moment of delight at the COP28 Summit in Dubai as he posed for a selfie with his Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni.

Giorgia Meloni posted the selfie with PM Modi on her Instagram handle and captioned the post as, “Good friends at COP28”, with the hashtag ‘#Melodi’.
Earlier in the day, PM Modi met Giorgia Meloni on the sidelines of the COP28 Summit and said that India and Italy were looking for a sustainable and prosperous future.
“Looking forward to collaborative efforts between India and Italy for a sustainable and prosperous future,” PM Modi wrote on platform X.
The camaraderie between PM Modi and Giorgia Meloni came into the limelight when the Italian PM visited Delhi for the G20 Summit. When Giorgia Meloni was received by PM Modi, she shook hands with him.
