During an exclusive interview with India Today, the Special Secretary shared insights into the extensive preparations for the forthcoming G20 summit.

So, almost 140 young officers from all over the country have joined and the induction programme happened,” Pardeshi said.

He further added the country had been preparing for the mega event for a year, conducting nearly 200 meetings in 60 locations to ensure a seamless execution.

Pardeshi emphasises that the Indian presidency has been ambitious and outcome-oriented, with hopes for an agreed joint communique, or ‘Delhi Declaration’, from the summit.
