Rahul Gandhi Is Congress’ Prime Ministerial Candidate For 2024 Lok Sabha Elections: Ashok Gehlot

The cartoon shows the Congress leader flying a plane. The post is captioned, “Brand new (Old). Hot air INDIA- Your ticket to disaster”.

The post followed Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s announcement that Rahul Gandhi is the Prime Ministerial candidate for the party for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Gehlot said that the decision was taken after discussions with members of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), an alliance of 26 Opposition parties.

While talking about the alliance, Gehlot said, “There were local factors at play in every election, but the current situation in the country has created immense pressure on all parties. The public has created such pressure, resulting in an alliance of all parties.”
