37 Chinese military aircraft and seven naval vessels were tracked by Taiwan’s Defence Ministry between Friday and Saturday.
China Sends 37 Military Aircraft Towards Taiwan
In a statement, the Taiwan’s Defence Ministry said the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Air Force sent 37 military aircraft and seven naval vessels around Taiwan between Friday 6:00 am and Saturday 6:00 am (local time).
The Chinese military aircraft and naval vessels were tracked from 6 am on Friday, July 21 to 6 am on Saturday, July 22.
“37 People’s Liberation Army Air Force military aircraft and seven People’s Liberation Army Navy vessels had been tracked around Taiwan,” the Ministry of National Defence said on July 22.
According to reports, of the detected aircraft, 22 crossed the median line or entered the southwest, south, southeast, and east sections of Taiwan’s Air Defence Identification Zone.
