The recoveries made by the Police from recently arrested two Bangladeshis have revealed that a racket makes fake Bangladeshi passports and Indian Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, and other documents at a place in Assam’s Nagaon district.
Bangladeshis Get Fake Indian Documents
Bangladeshis can get such fake Indian documents by paying just Rs 30,000. Paltan Bazar Police recently arrested a Bangladeshi, Saiful Islam, along with an Indian, Ahmaddul Hassan.
Saiful Islam told the Police that he is a resident of Kachua in the Nagaon district. The Police seized his Aadhaar card, passport, PAN card, and other documents.
The documents that identify him as an Indian citizen turned out to be fake ones. During interrogation, Saiful Islam admitted that he had entered India illegally through the Dowki-Bangladesh border.
