According to reports that surfaced on April 8, a man was brutally killed by his own younger brother in Mariani. The incident occurred at a tea estate in Mariani. The younger brother hacked his older sibling with a sharp object.
Man Kills Elder Brother
The culprit has been identified as Karthik Karmakar. Karthik Karmakar used a machete to attack his elder brother, Bobai Karmakar, following a violent disagreement.
The Police held the culprit in connection with the gruesome crime. Earlier to this, a woman killed her husband at their own residence in Bajali, using a sharp object.
The incident occurred the night before, when the wife fatally killed her husband, following a family argument.
After committing the crime, the accused, and her 6-year-old daughter went to Bhawanipur Police Station. The Police filed an FIR in relation to the incident.
