The Gorsam Chorten Stupa in Arunachal Pradesh’s Zemithang hosted the historic Gorsam Kora festival. Notably, Gorsam Kora is referred to as festival of friendship between India and Bhutan.

The three-day celebration took place from March 18 to 21. Many pilgrims from Tawang, Bhutan, and surrounding areas attended Gorsam Kora.
Thousands of devotees come to observe the auspicious event of the final day of the first lunar month at the festival. Gorsam Kora was organized by the local Zemithang community with cooperation from the civil government and Indian Army.
