The alleged suicide of a Border Security Force (BSF) jawan made the headlines. It is mentioned the incident took place at her living quarters in Cooch Behar, West Bengal.
BSF Jawan From Assam Found Dead In Cooch Behar
The jawan was identified as Dhritashree Rabha. She was a resident of Dakuapara village, Boko. Notably, Dhritashree Rabha was posted at Cooch Behar for last six months.
She was found hanging at her quarters on March 20. However, the deceased’s family members found it impossible to believe.
“She had called a night before and informed us that she would be visiting us on April 1 for Bihu. She was a jolly girl and never in my life have I thought that she would take such an extreme step,” said her mother.
