Three teachers were relieved of their responsibilities in the test centre for negligence during the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination in Sipajhar on March 9.

It is mentioned the three teachers were allegedly accused of performing their tasks improperly in the examination centre.

The trio have been identified as Rinki Barman, Abdul Malik, and Abdul Chauhan. They were in duty at the Ganeshkunwari Tribal Secondary School in Bahgara, Sipajhar.

Notably, the trio’s dismissal has been ordered by the Executive Magistrate and Revenue Circle Officer. Meanwhile, nine students were dismissed from the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination in Laharighat, Morigaon.
