Three Jal Jeevan Mission Scheme employees were hurt, and at least one died due to electrocution in Sivasagar on February 27. As per the inputs, the event happened while JJM’s personnel were repairing a water tank.
Jal Jeevan Mission Scheme Employee Dies
The deceased has been identified as Deep Dihingia. The other injured individuals have been identified as Dilip Chutia, Bakul Rabha, and Padma Chutia. They were admitted to the Brahmaputra Nursing Center in Moran.
It is mentioned Deep Dihingia’s family filed a complaint at the Moran Police Department. Furthermore, a guy was electrocuted at Mukalmua, Nalbari in the last month. Unfortunately, the guy was died and another man was seriously burned.
The event happened while the two were putting in a hand pump in their neighbourhood. The deceased was identified as Kuraban Ali.
