APPSC Paper Leak Scam: Arunachal Pradesh Government Terminates 2 Agriculture Development Officers

The Arunachal Pradesh Government terminated two Agriculture Development Officers in connection with the APPSC paper leak case.

It needs to be mentioned the two officers, Dekni Romin and Yimar Rakshap were in their 2-year probation period.

Dekni Romin was posted as the ADO at Taliha, Upper Subansiri. Yimar Rakshap was serving as the ADO at Hawai, Anjaw.

Notably, the two officers were earlier arrested by the Special Investigation Cell (Vigilance) on November 24 and November 30, 2022 respectively.

In this regard, Agriculture Commissioner Bidol Tayeng had stated, ”The agriculture department served the two former officers with termination notices on February 6 last giving them 30 days’ time, however, none of the officers replied to the same.”
