Dhubri Police will burn drugs worth more than Rs 30 lakh, officials stated on March 22. As per the sources, the Dhubri authorities would take the initiative to destroy drugs seized during anti-narcotic operations.

According to the latest reports, the Police and district officials will destroy drugs in a brick kiln in Gauripur town.
In this regard, Dhubri district officials stated, drugs worth roughly Rs 30, 97, 940 will be destroyed during the drive.
It needs to be mentioned the Border Security Force (BSF) and Police together conducted the operation in Tistarpar in Dhubri district. During the excercise, a total of one lakh rupees’ worth of counterfeit Indian cash was confiscated.
