Union Home Minister Amit Shah To Visit Poll-Bound Tripura On April 7 For Lok Sabha Poll Campaigning

Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to embark on a two-day visit to Tripura starting from April 7, where he will engage in a rally and conduct a roadshow as part of the BJP’s electoral campaign for the two Lok Sabha seats in the Northeastern state.

During his anticipated visit, the Home Minister is also slated to preside over an organizational meeting of party leaders in Tripura. Scheduled to address a rally in Mizoram on April 7, Amit Shah is expected to arrive in Tripura on the same day.

Elections for the Tripura West Lok Sabha constituency and a by-poll for the Ramnagar assembly seat are slated for April 19, with the Tripura East parliamentary constituency going to polls on April 26.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister Arjun Munda and party MP Hema Malini are also anticipated to visit Tripura soon as part of the BJP’s electoral campaign.
