Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Gets 8th ED Summons In Excise Policy Case

The Chief Minister has been asked to appear before the central probe agency on March 4. He skipped the seventh summons on February 26, saying he would appear before the agency if a court ordered him to do so.

Kejriwal alleged that the summons was a tool to pressure him into leaving the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA).

The ED recently filed a fresh complaint before a Delhi court against the Chief Minister for disobeying its summons in this case. A Delhi court then directed him to appear before the court on March 16.
