Priyanka Gandhi Vadra led the Congress roadshow to garner support for the party’s candidate in Tripura West Lok Sabha constituency – Ashish Kumar Saha.
Addressing the crowd, she reiterated Congress’ commitment to delivering “comprehensive justice” to all sections of society.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra highlighted the party’s ambitious agenda, which includes the promise of creating 30 lakh jobs, ensuring minimum support price (MSP) for farmers, providing an annual subsidy of Rs 1 lakh to women, allocating land to the landless, and offering free education up to the 12th standard for children.
Ashish Kumar Saha had previously contested the Tripura assembly elections, where he narrowly missed victory by a margin of only 1000 votes against Chief Minister Manik Shah. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra expressed confidence in Ashish Kumar Saha’s leadership.
