Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi is expected to visit Nagaon in Assam on April 20 ahead of the Lok Sabha polls.
Rahul Gandhi Likely To Visit Assam On April 20
Voting in Assam will occur over three phases, scheduled for April 19, April 26 and May 7 respectively.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is also likely to participate in election rallies in Jorhat and Dibrugarh constituencies before the commencement of the first phase of the Lok Sabha polls.
Reportedly, having previously toured Jorhat and its adjacent areas during the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, Rahul Gandhi has opted not to conduct further campaigning in those regions. However, the programme remains tentative and has not been confirmed yet.
