Addressing a public gathering in Udalguri before nomination, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma asserted that the state government has fulfilled its pre-poll promises be it the Orunodoi scheme or 1 lakh jobs to youths.
The Chief Minister further asserted that Assam have witnessed peace and development and the disturbed Bodo belt has been restored with permanent peace and stability.
He assured that the state government is contemplating covering every head of the family enlisted in ration cards with health and life insurance by the state government.
CM Sarma appealed to the people to help the government in its endeavour to take the state’s potential to a greater height.
