Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to a 15-day judicial custody by Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on April 1.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Sent To Judicial Custody Till April 15

Arvind Kejriwal will be in judicial custody till April 15 in connection with the excise policy case. He was arrested by the Enforcement Diroctorate (ED) on March 21.

The Delhi CM was remanded to judicial custody by Special CBI judge Kaveri Baweja after the ED did not seek any further remand.

Arvind Kejriwal allegedly had skipped nine summonses by the central agency. Two other Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders, Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh are also in judicial custody in the excise policy case.
