Tripura: Newly Elected Members Of 13th State Legislative Assembly To Take Oath On September 12

The newly elected members of the 13th Tripura Legislative Assembly are set to solemnly take their oaths on September 12. 

Oath-Taking Ceremony To Be Held At 12 Noon In Distinguished Lobby Of Legislative Assembly

The announcement was made in an official press release by the Additional Secretary of the Tripura Assembly Secretariat.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) fielded Tafajjal Hossain and Bindu Debnath from Boxanagar and Dhanpur respectively.

The BJP candidates for Boxanagar and Dhanpur Assembly constituencies, have secured landslide victories.

After the sixth round of counting, Tafajjal Hossain received 34,146 votes, while Bindu Debnath won with 30,017 votes.
