Netizens have called the dance performance presented in a ‘distorted’ manner as none of the gestures were similar to the Bihu dance and it was an insult to the culture of Assam.
Netizens have demanded strict action against the event organisers regarding the incident. Rishi Sunak arrived in Delhi for the G20 Summit along with his wife Akshata Murthy.
The British Prime Minister was received by MoS for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Ashwini Kumar Choubey.
