The final merit list will be published in the http://dee.assam.gov.in portal. Further, the approved list of candidates of Assistant Professors and non-teaching staff in the provincialised colleges of the state will also be published today.
Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu informed on microblogging platform Twitter that all the approved candidates for the above-mentioned posts will be given appointment letters in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah on May 25 in Guwahati.
The appointment letters were scheduled to be distributed on May 11. However, owing to the political and social situation in Manipur, at the time, had to be postponed to May 26. Later, the date for distribution of appointment letters was preponed to May 25.
