Woman from Assam, 34, was allegedly raped by a ‘friend’ inside a car near Hero Honda Chowk, Haryana. As per the reports, the woman was an employee of a private company.
Assam Woman Raped Inside Car
The woman claimed that she had been speaking on the phone with Sandeep, the accused, over the past few days.
On Monday, Sandeep, 40, offered to pick her up from Hero Honda Chowk as she was leaving her Sector 37 office.
As per her complaint to Police, “I sat in his car, and after talking for a while, he raped me in the car and also threatened to murder me.”
On Wednesday, Sandeep, a resident of Jhajjar, was booked at Sector 37 Police Station under section 376 rape and 506 for criminal intimidation.
