Two cops are the subject of a complaint for allegedly physically assaulting workers in Ulubari. It is noted several employees and contractors alleged two traffic police officers from the Paltan Bazar Police Station physically abused them.
Complaint Filed Against 2 Traffic Cops
The victims further alleged the police beat them up under the influence of alcohol. The police officers’ assault was caught on camera under the Ulubari overpass.
It needs to be mentioned local drug traffickers on March 8 attacked a pregnant woman near Halogaon in Assam’s Kamrup district.
The pregnant woman suffered a significant injury. As per the inputs, the incident occurred as a result of the pregnant woman objecting to the illegal sale of alcohol.
