An FIR was registered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh against Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan on March 1. It is mentioned Gauri Khan has been charged with criminal breach of trust in accordance with Section 409 of the Indian Criminal Code.

It is noted Jaswant Shah registered the FIR against her. He further alleged the company for which Gauri Khan served as the brand ambassador failed to deliver the apartment despite charging Rs 86 lakh.
As per the lawsuit, the apartment in Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City neighborhood’s Tulsiyani Golf View was given to another person.
Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, the CMD of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited, and Mahesh Tulsiyani, the company’s director, were named in the complaint in addition to Gauri Khan.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan-Deepika Padukone starrer Pathaan surpassed the coveted Rs 1,000 crore milestone at the international box office. This brought the film up to par with films like Dangal, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, KGF: Chapter 2, and RRR.
