Noonmati double murder case will be the subject of additional search operations by the Guwahati Police in Dawki on February 25. It is noted Bandana Kalita‘s two co-defendants named Arup Deka and Dhanjit Deka are also being transported to Dawki.
Guwahati Double Murder Case
Bandana Kalita was sent to Noonmati Police station early this morning. Notably, she was under the care of the Panbazar All Women Police Station.
The razor-sharp machete used in the twin murder case is already sent for forensic analysis. Significantly, the Guwahati Police were able to recover the machete from Bondajan beel on February 23.
As per the reports, the three accused underwent an hour of questioning at the Noonmati Police Station prior to additional search operations. Meanwhile, Police carried out a store raid and the proprietor named Imran Ansari was taken into custody.
