Conrad K Sangma Expresses His Confidence About Forming The Next Meghalaya Government

In Meghalaya, the campaigning events come to an end at 4 pm on February 25. In the meantime, Conrad K Sangma, the leader of the National People’s Party, expressed his confidence in achieving a clear majority in the upcoming elections.

It needs to be mentioned that Brenield Ch. Marak for the Indian National Congress, Richard Mrong Marak for the Trinamool Congress, John Leslee Sangma for the United Democratic Party and Bernard N. Marak for the Bharatiya Janta Party are the main competitors for the seat.

In this regard, the Chief Minister said, ”The border problems with neighbouring Assam cannot be solved within a short time and limited future plans. His government aims to reach an everlasting solution.”

”The combined effort and will of the Government of Meghalaya, the Government of Assam and the Government of India is necessary to completely solve this problem,” Conrad K Sangma further added.
